Little Caesars Pizza - Richmond

Excellent value. Great family choice for cheap, tasty pizza. Check out the lunch deal in their app for the pan pizza and a drink. It's a great deal a regular go-to for me. The company sometimes puts out random stuff like this pizza calzone thing. It's marketing. They're trying. It is what it is. Cheap decent pizza. Tell them Josh sent you. They'll have no clue who you're talking about.

Just ordered a pizza from here (the exxtra most pepperoni one to be exact) OMG SO BOMB! I don't think other locations usually get my order right or even prepare it correctly, but this one here got it all the way right! Thank you so much! It was so good!

Went to the location, but waited for 20 min a nobody even bothered to get into the register to take my order. There were 5 people waiting for their orders that I suspect they placed online and no one even checked with them. I wouldn't give stars if I could. No customer service.

This property needs to get it together! I?ve given it chance after chance because it is on the way home. Long food waits, staff playing around. I was just told 30min for a hot and ready pizza. I guess I?ll search another location out of my way from now on. Smh

Usually they are a bit faster with their service, but they seemed to be unusually busy tonight. I don't blame them for that. Waited about 25 minutes for two pizzas, but they were indeed delicious and they were very polite and enjoyable young adults. Won't stop me from going back.
