This is the best fast Chinese takeout in Richmond! The restaurant is clean, with protective barriers in place, and the workers wear masks. I was disappointed with the quality of the orange chicken I ordered. The chicken was tough and dry, despite being covered in orange sauce. It tasted like it was not freshly cooked and more like it had been reheated. This was frustrating considering the increase in food prices without an improvement in quality. The service could also be more focused on the customer rather than rushing through the order process. View all feedback.
