The woman at the front with all the nice tattoos was very nice and accomadating. The menu is diverse as opposed to your regular coffee shop; and inclusive to accommodate those with particular eating needs. So if you are vegetarian and vegan, there is something there for you! View all feedback.
What Santina Bosco doesn't like about Lamplighter Roasting Company:
This place is awful. People only go to see and be seen. The service is BAD. the food is not great, and VERY slow. Coffee is okay at best. Allow a good hour to get your food (a sandwich has taken 45 min+ on multiple occasions) and make sure to pay attention to how much you are charged. I've tried supporting this small local place, but they need to step up their game. View all feedback.
Amazing dips and drinks, but they are so slow and the atmosphere is super hipster. so in the round: supply.
Best breakfast sandwich I have had.. I have gotten the Sriracha Maple Glazed Sandwich twice now and I am pretty sure that it is the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. The kaiser role is toasted perfectly and there is an audible crunch during every bite. They load it down with scrambled eggs that are definitely real eggs. And the sausage (I had the pork version. is awesome. I have always liked dipping my sausage in my syrup and this saves me trouble and adds a slight kick with the sriracha. Top that off with a cup of the Tall Bike Blend and you are starting your morning off right.
Dump. This place is a dirty hole in the wall with no class. If you are looking for that kind of place, Lamplighter is for you! Not for me though...
Awesome sandwiches!. The TLTNA is my absolute favorite here. They have an awesome, unique vegetarian selection and this tempeh sandwich is served on amazing bread and has wonderful flavors. It's huge and I always try to save half, but can't stop myself from eating the whole thing at once. Delicious! Other reviewers have mentioned slow service and this can definitely be true- I usually call in and order for pick-up and wait an extra 10 minutes or so before I go to get it. Sometimes the line can be long to pick-up, too, as cashiers take all orders for coffee and people eating at the restaurant.
