I was here a few times and never had any problems. I ordered a philly steak and kesefries. the card machine was down and I think the guy kerl knew it, but didn't tell me. So I had to use the atm because I desperately wanted a cheese steak. the boil used bagged salate for my salat, which means that I had carrot and carrot on my sub. the cheese sauce tasted very sour, so I guess it was old. will never be here again! We had high expectations for this restaurant based on recommendations, but we were greatly disappointed by the quality and flavor of the food. We ordered a classic steak and cheese sandwich and a teriyaki sub. The steak was overcooked and dry, lacking any distinct flavor. The teriyaki sauce tasted odd, like a combination of sweet onion and maple syrup. The soda machine was not working properly, so we were given a cup with only three ice cubes and a can of soda. Despite these issues, the prices were reasonable at $14 for one combo meal and a regular sandwich.
I have visited this restaurant multiple times in the past without any problems. However, my experience today was terrible. I ordered a Philly steak and cheese fries, but the card machine was not working. I suspect the employee knew this but did not inform me, so I had to use the ATM in order to purchase my meal. To my disappointment, the cook used bagged salad - consisting of cabbage and carrots - instead of fresh lettuce on my sandwich. The cheese sauce also tasted sour, indicating that it was likely old. I was extremely dissatisfied with my meal and will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.
The service was quick. We ordered a side of fries that were hot and fresh. I appreciated that they were not salted, as it allowed me to add as much as I wanted. The lemonade was tasty but a bit too sweet for my liking. Despite this, I still gave 5 stars due to the friendly and efficient staff.
