Hardee’s - Richmond

I went by Hardee’s today to try the new fish sandwich and I received the sandwich with little to no tartar sauce on it or what every sauce they put on it. If you want customers to return to your restaurant for a new product don’t just slap a sandwich together like this in the photos. Don’t order from this place they lack care for the customers and their food.

I ordered the 2 $5 special and a large sweet tea. It took 27 minutes to get it. After waiting that long, the cashier offered me a half gallon of tea, which was a plus until I got home ate my not so good buscuits and started to drink my tea. Except it wasn't sweet tea. I just had to l laugh. Things just aren't what they how they used to me. Slow service and poor quality. I guess you don't get what you pay for...

Went there early in the morning, for the first time since before the pandemic, and they did not disappoint !!! Very nice drive-thru staff. No long wait. I truly forgot how top-tier Hardee's made-from-scratch biscuits are. Their Sausage Egg biscuits are chef's kiss. ?. Great experience. Definitely returning.

Food was good the service however needs improvement. The cashier working the front line was more concerned about doordash/ubereats orders than customers waiting in line to order. The drive-thru person came to the front to take orders.

The ordering process is extremely slow. The employees are not friendly and act as if we are a bother.
