I eat the chicken biscuit combo for breakfast. The chicken is much larger than other fast food restaurants....which I love! The chicken is also nice and crunchy and crispy. The hash browns are just like chick fila hash browns in the shape and size. Hardee's also has very big sauce cups which is a plus because you only need about 1 instead of 2 or 3 like everywhere else. Hardee's food is delicious, but the preparation and service need improvement. My order of fries and chicken strips was not fresh or hot, which was disappointing. With better attention to detail, this place could be excellent. View all feedback.
I had issues completing my transaction from the app after downloading it. Therefore, I decided to walk into Hardee's to inquire about the app situation and the free chicken sandwich offer. The representative did not know what to do. Unfortunately, the clerk didn't have answers or interest in assisting. I displayed the coupon offer but to no avail. I was unable to get the free sandwich.
I called my order for Chicken Tenders and the new Mac Cheese. My children love hardees, but only this place. It's hard to underestimate, but the ladies who work there are always happy and happy. The food is always ready when I come to pick it up and no matter how tired they may appear, it never comes through their customer service or food preparation. That says a lot in our new normal COVID-19. I highly recommend this location!!!
I was second in the line in Drive-thru, I waited for 7 minutes after I ordered to get my food, she didn't take my money a good day hallo nothing, then practically threw my food with me, gave me my bag and drink at once, yet ignore me closed the window and got Bk on the headset, talk about FAST food. I didn't even have the chance to ask for Ketchup! At least it was hot tho
It's still a Hardee's but it's much better than the one on Parham and Staples mill.
The staff was working hard and my cashier(women/30ish/ married) was very experienced in customer service. Helped me bag all my stuff up and was very warm with greeting us hello and wishing us a good day when we left. Get your breakfast here
