decided to check frozay on a random Tuesday afternoon. the service was fast, and the food and the drinks were good. we will definitely be back there were many great sounding drinks on the menu we want to try! View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Frozay Rva:
on a wed sung to about 6 and not welcomed when you were on the door too foot, as two server were conversational.
