Contribute FeedbackFirebirds is a popular spot known for its great food, service, and location, though it can be a little loud at times. Some diners experienced issues with the food being too salty or not cooked as requested and felt the prices were high. Service was slow due to lack of wait staff in some cases, but overall the staff was attentive and understanding. However, exceptional service was also noted, particularly from waitress Julia. Reservations may not always be honored promptly, but the staff accommodated large parties and special occasions well. Despite some hiccups, many customers plan on returning.
Our reservation request for a larger booth was honored. My husband’s prime rib was outstanding. Our waiter was very good at providing service without being intrusive. A very enjoyable dining experience.
Food service was very slow. Wasn't the waitress's fault as she also had to bus tables. They did not have sufficient service personnel to meet customer demand. The food was good and we used a $10 coupon that was received via email. This was the first time we have had a problem with service being so slow. We will try them again in the future, and hopefully they will have sufficient wait staff.
Reservations were not honored anywhere near our time, and numerous people who arrived after we did were seated before us. Waited 10 minutes for server to appear once we were seated. Total time until meals for 4 people were delivered was about an hour. Experienced this on a Thursday evening.
The food was exceptional and the service was top tier!
Julia was our waitress and she was very attentive and always checking on us. She is to be commended! We ordered the filet mignon wrapped in bacon and it was delicious. It melts in your mouth. I do recommend reservations as it makes it much easier to be seated.
