Fun place and the food was decent as soon as he arrives. Too busy trying to be cool and not enough time focusing on a good food service. Would give them the advantage of doubt, but one of us was served after other plates were deleted.

Food is definitely very good. The first time I went, I was not impressed ... but second time, I thought it out. This place could be filled daily if not for the bad service. Snobby. It's like going to an outdoor shop, and if you are not expert staff, it will not talk to them. If you come by past the past and realize that these people are not as cool ... they have a great meal. I get Ribeye, Brussels sprouts, okra, mashed potatoes, potato puree or embossed potatoes ... that is excellent. Excellent with a legend brown ale. Do not go for the food the staff "We are at HIP".

It's like going into an outdoor store and if you are not an expert staff will not speak to you. If you can get past that and realize these people aren't that cool...you'll have a great meal. I get ribeye, Brussel sprouts, okra, mashed potatoes, or scalloped potatoes....which are outstanding. Excellent with a legend brown ale. Go for the food not the "we are too hip" staff.
