City Dogs - Richmond

They have soy dogs for a small charge .25) and they had a vegan cauliflower chili. Everything tasted great. The chef at the location I went to was vegetarian, and our server was vegan. I’ll definitely come here again.

The bread was not vegan the soy nuggets were not. So do not get excited about those! Soy dog was okay…

Soy dog options available for all the hot dogs and the cauliflower chili is on point each time i’m there. on top of that, the prices are very affordable. highly recommend the vegan corn dogs as well

Used to come here all the time, then things got a little bland. Friends said it sucked for a while but I gave it another shot this week. Nothing but good things to say about my newest experience. Soy dog nuggets were hot, juicy, and full of flavor. I ordered a regular soy dog on a bun with a little mustard and couldn’t stop raving. My partner got the Indy dog with a soy dog and he couldn’t stop talking about it.

Absolutely love it here. First off, the interior is warm and fun. They've always got a game on, but also usually some fun channel (allowing us to watch the Ravens and Star Wars at the same time). The service is super fast and friendly, and I've always enjoyed my experience. Also, the food is SO cheap. The portions on sides and appetizers are enormous, it is so easy to feed a huge group here. The Hot Dogs themselves are good as well (though I'm partial to the corn dog nuggets). It's not the most gourmet spot in the city, for sure, but I don't think it needs or wants to be. It's just good and greasy. It's a great spot for drink deals too, pitchers and buckets are always a good price. It makes it an excellent place to hang out with friends, or to end a long night. Great service, great food, GREAT prices, what's not to love?
