Burger King - Richmond

I haven't been to Burger King for a few years. I decided to stop here for a quick supper before getting groceries. I ordered an Impossible Whopper, which is a plant based hamburger. It was just like a regular Whopper. It was good. I would order it again. I also had French Fries and a Coke Zero with Lemon. It was all good. They could have used more customers, and the app needs to be better. UPDATE: June 14, 2023-I tried out the Burger King app and was able to place my first order on it. I took advantage of their Wednesday special and got a Whopper for $3. I ordered the Impossible Whopper, which is plant based, and I had ordered before, Medium French Fries, and Diet Coke. It was good. My only disappointment was that I had ordered cheese on my sandwich for 60 cents. When I got home, I found there was no cheese on it. I paid for the cheese. I wasn't going to drive back to have cheese put on it. I did eat it, and it was good. I hope a manager reads this and knows how to correct this in the future. UPDATE: June 21, 2023- I went back for the Whopper Wednesday Challenge, where you get a Whopper for $3. I ordered an Impossible Whopper, Medium Onion Rings, and Diet Coke. Last week, I mentioned I ordered cheese put on it, and I didn't get it. This time, I made certain they put the cheese on, and they did! UPDATE: September 21, 2023- I ordered through the app and ordered the Impossible Whopper, Medium Onion Rings, and Diet Coke. The Onion Rings were free, because I redeemed points. My only complaint was that I ordered cheese on the Whopper, and they didn't put it on. They have done this to me before. When will they learn?

Food was good. We ordered 4 medium meals sandwiches were small ff and sodas were what were medium. I feel 42$ a little pricey for fast food.

Very friendly and quick service, food is always fresh and hot.

If I could give less stars I would, at the drive thru we ask for 4 barbecue sauce and instead of telling us that they don't have it anymore they just gave us other sauce and hope that we don't notice. They gave us cold and kinda wet nuggets, mozzarella sticks were definitely uncooked, we asked for a impossible burger with no mayo, they gave us mayo. Literally almost everything was wrong. Definitely the worst burger king I ever went.

4/1/2023@945amThis place is by far the worst burger joint I have ever visited. Let's start with the cleanliness of this place.. or lack there of. Completely gross all the way around. Ceiling falling through. Holes in the walls, missing trim. Looks like a condemned building. Next the employees... the front line order taker, you could tell he was not trained at all. Guessing buttons pressing wrong buttons, attempting to overcharge for items not even requested. The food prep employee... I literally watched this lady touch everything in the kitchen area, scratch her face/nose, and them handle ALL the food without washing her hands or wearing gloves. Not one employee wearing a hair net. The manager was extremely rude to a couple of door dashers that was waiting in line to pick up orders. She was struggling to control the scene and was freaking out when they had a rush of about two cars in drive and three ppl inside aside my family of 5 waiting in line. Burger King really needs to look into this location. And reconsider the entire staff. My family and I was so grossed out by this place we had to go elsewhere for breakfast.
