The staff did not pay attention to my order when I went to the window to pick up only one of the two orders I placed. On top of that, the fries were cold and not fresh. I requested no ice in my drink, but it still had ice in it. I ordered a large fries but they gave me a small portion instead. It seemed like they were trying to cheat me out of my money. This was a bad experience with poor service, and it appears that they do not fully understand English.
I arrived at this restaurant at 7:10am and it was still not open. The woman working there said they were supposed to open at 7am, not 6am, but they were running late. However, once the restaurant opened, she was very nice and friendly. The food came quickly and tasted delicious. The iced mocha was strong and rich in coffee and chocolate flavor. Overall, this turned out to be one of the better Burger Kings I've been to.
I have only used the drive-thru at this restaurant, but it's very convenient to access from the highway. In the evenings, it has not been very busy during the times I have visited. The location seems to have been recently updated, with a nicer ordering screen and modern interior. Orders are always correct and the food is tasty, as good as Burger King can be. There is plenty of parking available, including spots for semi-trucks.
Was better than last time, staff forgot to put ketchup and suace in the bag. they also messed up a drive thru order from someone else who had to come into the store to get thier order fixed. If they were more on top of things 4 or even 5 stars would bepossible..a little bit cocky for so many mistakes, would like to give more stars but needs more consistent service and foodquality. Inconsistentcy is very common in this area.
It was here at 7:10 and not yet open. Lady said they opened at 7:00, not at 6:00, but ran late. But when I came to the window, she was very nice and friendly, food came fast and tasted good. Iced Mocha was strong and dark, with rich coffee and chocolate taste. As one of the better Burger Kings.
