What Quentin Hermann doesn't like about Burger Bach:
April 18, 2022 Based on some of the recent reviews we were a little skeptical about coming here, but were pleasantly surprised. We had decent service. It took a little while to get our drink order, but after that it was consistent. Some people have mentioned that it took a long time to receive their food so I timed it and it took us 20 min from when we ordered, so not bad at all. The fries were good and the burger is... I arrived at 8:15 PM, but I was refused service because they said the kitchen was closing down. They are not supposed to close until 9 PM.
I visited today during the watermelon festival. The restaurant had plenty of staff, and the food was amazing.
The food was incredible! Everything tasted so fresh, and the service was fantastic.
Jamie is absolutely amazing! The sweetest most helpful waitress, she was extremely knowledgeable with her recommendations and made my first experience here amazing! She truly was so kind and patient and I will definitely be back to request her as my server from here forward! Thank you so much Jamie :
Second time here and my son loves the food! I had jamie as a server and she was so sweet! She was great with my kids and made it an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Burger Bach and Jamie!!
