Burger Bach - Richmond

I guess I expected a slightly higher end service from bach burger from carytown than from the mcdonalds next door. it was too long to be waited for an empty facility and when we sat, it was as if we were imposing. After waiting for a craft beer for 15 minutes, I was told that they had to turn off the hahn. the waiter returned and explained that they actually did not go on the menu, but I could spend an extra $2 for a similar al. my cutlery had dried on food laundry and the hostess did not even apologize. all I got was a “ewww gross”. This is for midlothian location. nothing special. preisy, chic burger, beautiful presentation with frys who were crispy. homemade flavor. large open escaping area where they can feel small. service was good, manager was great. from our table stopped to make sure everything was in order.

No one who normally needs the time to give an acidic review. but that was exceptionally bad. first, the service was terrible. we were driving all day. we have a tradition of googling to find the best place in the city within a media price class and check it in every city. that was the worst experience I had all over the country. I have been hesitated to visit for several years, simply because I have visited another burger place so much in the opposite love, but I have recently visited with some friends. we arrived at 8 on a Friday night and could sit quickly on the common table. our waitress was very nice and helpful to help us order for the first time. my burger was good, but quite small. I was quite disappointed at the salat that came with the burger. I also ordered a little frit with my meal. they have a really nice selection of spezides that are good. my biggest thing was the price. I was blown away, how much a burger and fry cost. $20, for a good burger, bad salate and small frit....I won't go back.

Changed menu/approach?. Ok, I LOVED Burger Bach the first few times I went within the first year of their opening. But the last two, more recent, times I went the burgers were just not as good. I am wondering if their meat or recipe has changed? So hoping the old comes back. Perhaps their expanding Into seafood has caused them to spread themselves too thin?
