Abuelita's - Richmond

One of my friends recently introduced me to Abuelitas and set a very high bar. I have to say I'm a converter now. The food is authentic and delicious, with rotating stew options. Everything is fresh with high quality ingredients. In addition, the staff is excellent and very helpful. I have to go to and order food that was all very positive experiences. If you're not gone, you'll miss!

The food was so delicious. The place looked new and clean. There were many customers. A place to go back. You forget to go the pico de gallo i bought in my bag so that was disappointing. I look forward to it and didn't know it wasn't there until I reached my goal.

Very nice experience... the menu changes from day to day, but the basic things, as Tacos seems to be consistent. Staff seem to be friendly and the facility is very well maintained. I would recommend if you were in the area.

There are simply no words to describe this place. I had two random patients telling me about this place and it felt like the universe would send me here. I'm so glad I listened. I'm addicted now. I have the Quesabirra Tacos and they were on the spot! Absolute perfection. You can taste the love these guys put in their food. The salsa bar? the kindness? the cleanliness? I can't say that. This is my new way to the Mexican joint. Love, love, love! And did I mention that they have Ramen Birra?! You don't have to fly to Texas!

Absolutely delightful. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I had the chicken chorizo cream stew quesadilla and it blew my mind. The birria fries here are delightful as well. This place is a gem and everyone needs to try it!
