Maybe adding high top tables that way you can get more businesses flowing in and out giving people time to be able to sit and eat and enjoy themselves????Food: 4/5 View all feedback.
What Aimee Davis doesn't like about 521 Biscuits Waffles:
It was an okay experience. They were busy bit not busy enough to wait 20 minutes for 2 biscuits. The egg and cheese was soft and fresh but had no flavor (even some salt and pepper would have gone a long way). The sausage biscuit with egg was not a patty but almost like kielbasa, VERY salty. The staff was friendly. They need a better system for giving people takeout, as we had to stand between tables of people who wer... View all feedback.
All we have is gluten-free. That was my reaction. This place is great! I don't know how to make the gluten-free cookies, but they are remarkably good. Really nice coffee roast and fresh, pressed orange juice also. Get the Beaut, with egg, bacon, cheese, avocado and hot sauce on a biscuit. (We didn't try the waffles, but the cookies inspire me with confidence. From Aug 2021 you have to order outside on your phone and eat or take away on a walkway table. Good.
Completely gluten-free breakfast. Absolutely delicious cookies, good waffles. Waffles are not gluten-free. You can get breakfast sandwiches on both. Some limited menu, but everything is excellent. Currently only for Kovid security delivery, so they also priority of employees health and safety.
This place is AMAZING! I had the Beaut and it was fantastic my daughter's waffle with strawberries was incredible as well. The fresh squeezed orange juice was SO GOOD, and the scone we shared was great. Any time I'm in Richmond we will be returning I'd leave six stars if I could!
Breakfast here was amazing! The staff was so friendly - they even gave us free scones to try, since they recently began to offer them. The food was so good. I didn't have a decent cookie or waffle as I had to go a few years ago GF, but that was delicious, even my family that wasn't eating GF was pleasantly surprised. Had to bring some cookies home as I am from the state, but in any case I must find my way back to Richmond for 521!
Order ahead because it takes about 20 minutes to make the food, and it is currently only taking, but it is worth waiting. For our gluten-free family (sickness) it was a must stop in Richmond. Our daughter also has a milk allergy, so the vegan options were perfect for her. hit Gf waffles we've ever had and better than normal waffles I can remember. Very recommended.
