What Alexie Lynch likes about Yokohama Japanese Restaurant:
We popped in for lunch on a Friday and were surprised to be the only diners! This restaurant is hidden between the parking lot and the deli. Hunt it down because the food is very good and the prices are much better than along the waterfront. We had the crazy boy, a double dragon roll, a Yokohama roll and tempura. As the rolls were large, this turned out to be a lot for the two of us. In retrospect we would cut out th... View all feedback. What Jane Veerasenan doesn't like about Yokohama Japanese Restaurant:
We have visited several times before but this time, the food was not as good as it has been on previous visits. We ordered a black cod dish and was served scales and ended up going to another place to eat as the portions were small. The service is good, however, I recommend that if unfamiliar with food to enquire what the dish is. I do recommend the maki combo and the teriyaki. Great location. View all feedback.

read moreYokohama Japanese Restaurant offers a mixed experience, with some customers enjoying the 10-course Groupon meal at a bargain price and others disappointed by the quality of food and service. While some diners had a great time watching the teppanyaki flair, enjoying the sushi, and finding the portions generous, others were put off by issues like improperly cooked food, small portions, and unprofessional service. Overall, it seems that Yokohama Japanese Restaurant may hit or miss depending on the day and the chef, so it may be worth trying for the teppanyaki experience but proceed with caution.
Was a pretty nice place. Got a Groupon for two, I checked the menu before and I liked it, plenty of food they give with Groupon, we even take some home. Chef wa...
