What User doesn't like about U-grill:
The service at this restaurant was terrible. I paid $38 for two meals and then the chef was so rude. They even forgot to add the rice to my dish. When I asked about it, they acted like it was no big deal. The service was very unprofessional. I will not be returning to support this business. View all feedback.

Worst service ever! Cashier ladies look like I owe them million dollars. Overpriced and terrible attitudes!
They completely REFUSED to stir my rice together into my stir fry. There wasn't a single person in line. It was a very simple request to satisfy a long term customer. Other locations have done this for me many times. Guess customer service means nothing at this location.
