We liked this place so much we went there twice, first time on a Saturday and once again today. My sister had the poutines with crab meat we had the fish. The slaw was delicious, the price is very reasonable. The place was very clean, staff exceptionally friendly and efficient. They certainly knew the answer to all our questions. The only flaw was the toilet had a few issues. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Crab King:
This was one of the worse fish n chips I ever had in my life. They went overboard on the grease and batter. Also, my wife got the caesar salad and they gave her the worse part of the lettuce. It was all one colour. View all feedback.

Was surprisingly quiet when we went. Service was very fast. We had shared a bowl of clam chowder, 3 pieces of deep fried cod and a crab poutine. Food was all delicious, served hot, and generous portions. The view couldn't be beat. We will stop in again if ever in the area.
We had the scallops, shrimp, crab and halibut fish. the scallops and crab with salted egg were very good the shrimp and fish was probably very good as well since our kids ate everything before we could get a taste
We almost drove into Richmond for dinner but decided to try this place because you're literally on the water. We ordered the fish and chips for the kids and between 4 adults we shared the crab platter. Best $150 we spent on the trip! We all love seafood and this crab was some of the best we've had. The platter was full of crab, mussels and shrimp and we had it cooked in the garlic sauce which was delicious. It's not a cheap place but you can't expect that eating on any place that close to the water.
Being from south Louisiana, I know seafood. First we cook seafood differently from most places in the USA. The dungeness crab was really good. The dad goes crabbing, one son cooks it, the other son is the server. The seafood chowder was good. South Louisiana is not known for chowder so I like to try it when I travel. Fish N Chips is totally different from our way of frying but I did eat some elsewhere and was not impress with it.
