Subway - Richmond

Today we went for Subway. The food was good. We order rice bowls but when we asked to put hot items separately from called once, the server represented the bad attitude. Instead of start offering the options that she final gave to us, she started arguing with us.

Really nice. I ordered delivery and they gave me a cookie :D

I wanted one side no tomato onion but when she cut it she didnt seperate the cut properly. There was also a dead fly on my lid i blew off so make sure to check they are clean before giving them to customers.Other than that she gave good recommendation and ask if i want extra. The tomatos look fresh. Ask for double toast, bread could be toasted longer.

I swear with my life that this happened 5 minutes ago. Subway, an employee from India, has made my mood very bad. Btw the current time is 04/04-2023 9pm I ordered meat balls and originally they gave eight, but the employee accidentally dropped one while packing and didn 't fill one. I said to her, 'Why didn 't you fill one? ' She smiled at me like a mentally disabled child and said 'Im sorry Im sorry '. In the end, she didn 't fill and handed it directly to me

Typical Subway. Nice sandwiches, free flow of drinks, cookies etc. Good for grabbing it fast and go
