I had dinner with a friend in ryuu yesterday at mcarthur glen. the teriyaki bark was tasteless and usually rice, not much bark, not much sauce with two carrot coins and a piece of brokkoli, the rest was swash. I had better at edo. the server brought tee with paper cups. we have asked for water and brought a crippled, but no additional tassen. when we got the bill, there was a 12 % service fee a forced tip. the staff seemed to be uninterested in the service. I do not recommend this place. it was a great disappointment.

Udon tastes like water- i told them andthey brought it back with tonkotsu ramen broth..I thought udon soup is soysauce based.I didnt want to give them tip.. but already charged 12% tip on the billHow is that called tip if they decide on it

Our resto whenever we’re in Macarthur Glen. We love their Salmon Kama and Deep Fried Salmon Skin plus their Dynamite Roll and Bento Boxes. Food is really good but there are times when the service can be slow especially in the weekends. Other than that, it’s a great Japanese resto perfect fix after a shopping day.

Service is very good. The Food are great and authentic. We ordered the Salmon Sashimi and Suhi and Seafood Ramen

Waited 30min for someone to take our order. But that wasn't the worst part. Salmon looked grayish pink. I still didn't complain I just hoped I don't get sick. But then when the Ramen came our Luke warm, we asked them to heat it up. They microwaved it and again forgot to bring it to us. It took then 10 min to bring it back to us while it was left in the microwave. Ofcourse it wasn't hot but we just ate it anyway. Overall it was a horrible experience with incredibly bad food that is overpriced for what it is. They also decided to include 15% tip on their behalf and didn't let me to not tip. It was just two of us not a group. Worst restaurant experience in years. The water cup is one time use paper cup and soy sauce dish is a plastic one time use dish. Why use one time use plastic when you are a restaurant not a food court?
