Mcdonald's - Richmond

The experience was terrible. The soft drink was flat, and the chicken nuggets were incredibly tough to chew! It was really disappointing! They also kept forgetting to include items with the order. (Look at those chicken nuggets—two different colors and in bad condition!)

This summer, enjoy great deals on frappes, ice cream coffee, and soda! The food and drinks are absolutely delicious, and the donuts are especially tempting.

Like many other reviews have mentioned, the drive-thru service was the worst experience I've had at a fast food restaurant. I paid at the first window, but then had to pull over and wait in a designated parking area at the second window. There were no cars in front or behind me, so I ended up waiting for no reason. I won't be returning.

You go through the drive through only to be told to park in one of the stalls and wait, and then when the food arrives it's not even hot/fresh. Doesn't make any sense. You should only tell people to park so that their food can finish cooking, not because you want to have longer to put a mere fries and burger into a bag.
