Went here for dinner when other restaurants unable to seat our party of 10 on short notice. As soon as we got there I realized why they had room for us. Mama's is not the same it once was - they have moved across the street from the original location to a much smaller and less formal location. It really seems like more of a take out place now, although they do have tables. We ordered 4 pizzas for all of us to share.... View all feedback.
What Arduino Guerra doesn't like about Mama's Pizza:
Mama Pizza has been in business for over 20 years in the Steveston area. They have the usual staples for a pizzeria like baked pastas, subs, roasted chicken and of course pizza and they also have a selection of Greek dishes like calamari, souvlaki, and salads. Although they have 6 or so tables of 4, more recently, this restaurant has been more of a take out place. Its been quite a long time since Ive seen people actu... View all feedback.
I met and talked to the previous owner which was a family from Iraq. Now, the owner in a hard working from Korea. She kept the same staff as the previous
My family loves this place and it's their preferred brunch spot when I'm back in town.
This place was okay for a cheap dinner. I did find a hair in my chicken wrap, but they were apologetic about it. I probably won't go back after that experience.

One of the best things on the menu is actually not a dish, its their house salad dressing! Their salad dressing is such a hit with customers that you can even buy containers of it to bring home.

The crust was slightly greasy but was still good. The service was fast and friendly. While there are other pizza choices in Steveston, Mama's is till a good option. Thanks
