Friendly service and delivery for large orders (Albeit reluctantly sometimes) make this the place to get my fill of chicken. Regular promotions buy 1 get 1 free on sandwiches and burgers and $5.75 for a 3 piece chicken with fries make it unbeatable. Have been ordering it regularly for work when I have to appreciate nearly 150+ employees makes it a no brainer. Easy to serve and quick. The chicken always seems to be ma... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Church's Chicken:
The Church's chicken has always been a standout in the fried chicken industry in Metro Vancouver. Their chicken pieces are larger and juicier than KFC's, but KFC still holds the advantage in terms of taste. View all feedback.
This is the location I visit the most out of convenienceThe drive through is unbearably slowI've lined up for it for 20 minutes once.
Ordered a 20 piece advertised @ $28.85I kindly asked the employee if I can get it mixed with thighs.
A bewilderingly busy place where your order taker actually assembles your order and in some items - drops those items in the fryer as needed (hello cheddar
So we decided to try Church's Chicken. All in all, our experience was not great. We spent approximately $34, and we were told that we could only have one dipping sauce. Yes...only ONE dipping sauce for an entire family. I was in utter shock to be honest. I was then told that we could have two sauce, as we ordered two meals (along with other menu items). I then asked if I could pay for extra sauces - I was given an odd look, and then our server said yes. Our server at the drive-thru window said it would take about two minutes for our order to be ready, and asked us to pull up to the door. We complied with her instructions. A whopping fifteen minutes later, we were given our food. However, it was missing items. The woman who brought our food out said she would check back to with the server to verify if we in fact ordered what we said we did. She brought out the receipt, and she told us that we did not order what we said we did. Another five minutes later, the woman who took our order came out and said we did not order what we said we did (the cheese bombers), and that she did not charge us for them. Okay...fine...but we did order them, as she asked whether we wanted the five piece. She was quick to walk away and give us attitude. As I was overlooking the receipt, I saw that she had charged us for all of us sauces. I asked her about this, and told her that she overcharged us. She said that she never, and that she gave us extra sauces. Okay...but I only wanted four sauces, like I asked for. Overall, I am not impressed with my experience from a customer service standpoint. The food was okay - nothing special. Standard bag of fries that you can buy from the grocery store, and generic sauces.
