Went to the drive-through at the Taco Bell inside KFC. We ordered the Nachos BellGrande and the 3 pc Chicken Big Box meal with 2 sides and a drink included. Overall, the food was good. However, the drink was not given with the meal. I have tried calling the restaurant several times but get no answer. Guess I'll have to make another trip there for my drink. View all feedback.
What demonbuddy1 doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Very clean, but stop using covid as a reason to not have sauce packets out. It's not safer for your cashier (who's been touching dirty money) to grab packets than for me to grab them myself. And it's not saving you money. I was given 4 sauces when I would have grabbed just 2. And if the 3 doors, one was broken and one was locked. I HATE when a random side of double doors is locked. Filthy. Rude. Never has chicken. Everything you'd expect at a Jeff Davis fast food location.
Young guy at the window was extremely rude because I decided too wait 15 mins for the chicken seemed like he didn’t want too work tonight
Totally waste my money. Rude manager on drive thru The food was cold and not full portion fries cold and stale and chicken famous bowl had three piece of chicken, and chicken was hard as rock. Never going back..

My visit at the store today went well I definitely will be returning. I placed a large chicken order and TOMMIE made sure that my order was correct and fresh. She was very polite does well at her job. She knows how to provide great customer service!!
