What Kristi Mitchell doesn't like about Subway:
I was hopefule the first couple of times we went under new ownership. There was always little issues, which honestly happens when first opening. But now it's been a while. The kinks should be worked out. But here I am driving half an hour to get an order fixed. While my food sits at home getting cold, I'm here getting my order fixed. I used to frequent this location before it closed about a year ago. That's great it re-opened under new ownership. I order pickup and each of the last two times, the order is behind the counter, which is a pain to have to wait. Is there really that much crime in this area to warrant having pickup orders behind the counter?? If so, that's a sad world we live in. Sure in busier areas I get that happens, but not here, r...
