What Robert Martin doesn't like about Starbucks:
We specifically told the cashier of a chocolate allergy. They promised that they understood and would clean the container before using it to make the drink. Following my wife's allergic reaction we returned to the store and talked with them. They said that they did clean it. I told them they had added chocolate sprinkles. Staff were very fast and energetic! The drinks were really good! Kid-friendliness: Many kid friendly drinks and snacks Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to roll around!
Staff was nice. Coffee great. I sit at a table and this occurs:Manager (and another Manager? and an employee were seated at the main central table and the other tables were full of customers. The Manager was LOUDLY having some type of meeting with the employee. The employee was in tears and looked extremely embarrassed the customers were witnessing this “meeting”. She got up from the table in tears, and the Managers exchanged eyebrow raised glances and the lead Manager said “See, it’s not that bad you got through it!”….and they laughed away! I was horrified for the employee no matter what the circumstance was for this meeting what I witnessed was unprofessional and probably breaks some HR related policy regarding confidentiality. Manager needs a reality check.

My wife is better now but was sick for 2 days.
We waited almost 30 minutes for 2 hot chocolates. That says it all.
If I could give it a half star I would. Cramped environment and 1 person making drinks for everyone. It took 25 minutes to get our order. Never spend another dollar on
