We were in short pump mall and we wanted to have a quick beer.We saw restaurant rock bottom brewery and decided to hop on the bar for quick beer.From the beer on the tap we first ordered Son Beer.Son beer was amazing and we loved the beer.Then we had the oktoberfest beer which was also amazing and freshly brewed.All the beers on the tap they have brewed inside their own brewery View all feedback.
What Chuck Dee doesn't like about Rock Bottom Brewery:
Ate there yesterday. Seated at 12:45 in bar area. Bartender had our table and was pretty busy with bar seating as well. Took 10-15 minutes for her to take our order. After another 45 minutes we finally got our food. When I tried to speak to the manager about how others had come in after us, eaten and already left he simply shrugged me off and then walked away. We enjoyed this place. Beers were good. Service was not good. We were not acknowledged by any of the bar staff for 10 minutes despite them being minimally busy. I would not make this my first choice in the future.
Spending the night in shortpump for Mother’s Day and 2 birthday celebrations. Sat ourselves at the bar… we were not greeted for roughly 10-15 minutes. They did not seem busy from what we observed… but dang it looked like chaos… took forever to get waters, beer. The margarita was nasty. The nachos has like zero beef on them. Had a couple of good interactions with 2 service members… or I would have rated it a 1. Will not recommend or ever go back for sure.
Great food, service, and atmosphere! Prices are fair and they offer full bar and outdoor dining. Clean bathrooms with beautiful decorative items.
Great beer, food and ambiance…poor management! The Bartender Christie was amazing with dealing with 50 patrons. The management did nothing to help with pours and food orders. We noticed the lack of help from management to make sure the customers were taken care of. Christie did an awesome job! Who ever the owner is, you might want to reconsider who your managers are. My family are a world wide known restaurateurs and it was so disconcerting that the Managers could care less to help their bartender to make sure their customers where taken care of! Shame on them!!
Amazing food! The appetizers are big!! The wings are phenomenal and the fried pickles are to die for! Amazing staff, amazing food! I only wish it was closer to home! Manager was super nice as well!
