What Lily O'mara doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
The attitude of the young girl at the register was uncalled for, and she refused to give me two extra sauces when I asked. I would think that a chick fil a at a hospital would have nice people on the register but apparently not. I’d rather not get attitude when I’m already in the hospital so I will not be going there anymore. View all feedback.
Slow! Friendly staff but poorly run. Shocked Chic fil a alows their name to be associated with it. Waited over 15 minutes for basic order.
You’d think that a hospital would be the perfect setting for Chik-fil-a’s signature friendly service. But the majority of the staff are rude, unfriendly or incompetent. Simple orders like “half sweet, half unsweet tea” confound the cashiers. No refills and they’re usually out of something.
