I arrived 25 minutes later and waited at the pick-up window for another 15 minutes before anyone attended to me. After finally taking my payment, I was informed it would take an additional 5 minutes. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund.

That boy named Josh was just the sweetest little man I’ve met working in a business like this and I think he’s got a good future ahead of him with how outgoing and friendly he is. If you go here and you don’t have Joshua as your waiter, you haven’t gotten the right Romas experience.
