Hardee's - Richlands

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but they have a tendency to rush you to move forward before you're ready to eat, even if there is no one behind you. It's a bit amusing how they hand you a drink and then promptly ask you to go park your car.

The person who runs the drive thru told me that additional meat could not be added to the big Brat rip sandwich on a charge and that it would have to charge me for another regular Brat rip. you said 3 times to just go on and give me the regular frying beef of itself, because if I had to pay the full price for the extra bratbeef to be put on the big bratbeef, why not just get one? To beat all this, I asked a regular hot ham and cheese. I paid and two! I found this only 45 minutes from the restaurant and house. not very happy. would not have been so bad if I didn't spend the last 81⁄2 hours of this particular day with mother in the sick house that took her first chemo treatment. everything I wanted to do was to eat all something bc open I was mentally and physically exhausted and the last thing I wanted to do after I drive 45 minutes after eating is cooking dinner. it can be very good fast food, but there is no more proud of its work. I never want to be the person to add to someone already hard day. Too bad we don't live in imaginative land, where the rest of the world thought so.

This Hardee's has it going on! Everything was hot and fresh- had a hot ham and cheese, husband had a cheeseburger and everything was 100%!! Great job
