I only gave one star because I had to. Went to order thru the drive thru and I was the only car in the line when I pulled in. Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Then they said 20 minute wait for the chicken to park and they would bring it out. 45 minutes later I go in manager rang up couple in front of me then would never look or speak to me(fyi- she is the one who told me 20 mins) then another worker came up and apologized and said we were waiting on Mac n cheese. Manager would not speak to me. The food was not good and it wasn’t hot. The manager should be fired. She laughed when telling the couple they were out of something and they needed to pick something else. So unprofessional. The employee that spoke with me was polite but should not have been the one to speak to me.
Pure incompetence. They consistently mess up my order on top of never giving a straw or utensils.
