The customer service at this place is awful! Sat at the speaker for 10 mins for the young lady to finally come on and say they can't take orders. They're doing shift changes at 2:30 p.m. And fot whatever reason they don't take cash. I thought it was a corporate thing but no it's just the place in Richland. I see a lot of other bad experiences from 3 weeks ago. Hopefully the owner makes some improvements. View all feedback.

Although this smoothie king sees as if it is closed at night, it actually honors its posted hours of operation. Nevertheless excellent service.

The sign says open, but I waited for way too long and just left it’s pitiful. I’ve read the other reviews and still nothings been done so, last time I’ll ever go to this smoothie king
