While we understood that mistakes can occur, we felt it was entirely justified to change our minds when we were not treated with respect. This incident happened on August 31, 2022, around 7:10 PM.

There was trash scattered on the counters, and the soda fountain was particularly messy, with spilled drinks everywhere.

Unfortunately, the traffic was terrible, and when I checked my meal, I discovered it was incorrect. I was pretty hungry, so I just decided to eat it anyway. There wasn't a receipt in the bag, so I can't back up my complaint. Additionally, the staff member at the window struggled to communicate clearly. Overall, I've noticed a decline in the quality of this Wendy's. I would suggest driving a bit further to the Wendy's on American Blvd instead.

However, I've been using their delivery service lately and have encountered some issues with this particular location. In my last three orders, something was missing each time. To make matters worse, the phone number on the receipt either disconnects my calls or gives a message stating that they can't take calls right now. I've even tried contacting Corporate, but I've never received a callback. I've lost about $20 because of this. I would advise against using the delivery service from this location, as you may experience the same problems."

I... read more This is one of the best Wendy's in the metro area! The location and ambiance are excellent! The service is fast and friendly, and the food is fresh and tasty. I also appreciate the rich, thick texture of the Frostys! I'm tired of other places that offer similar treats but end up tasting like flavored milk. I highly recommend this Wendy's!
