The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. I always love to add Subway vinaigrette to my sandwich, but the employee informed me that the recipe had changed. She even offered me a sample before I put it on my sandwich. Excellent service! View all feedback.

The sandwich was cut in an odd way, and when I asked the staff member about toasting it, she said it wasn't possible. She also offered to label the outside of the sandwiches so I could tell them apart, but she didn't do that either. To make matters worse, she rolled up the sandwich, which was made on flatbread, and also rolled up the wrapping. I've never encountered these practices at a restaurant before. View all feedback.

Stopped by to pick up sandwiches for our day trip up to Fish Lake and was not impressed. I placed an order online and the app said the order was ready. Pick up time was 3:50 and I went in at 3:54. They hadn’t started my order. When I told them I was there, two employees started making my sandwiches really quick. I assume because they were embarrassed. All of my sandwiches were horribly built and one was not even the correct meat. I won’t be stopping by this location for sandwiches anymore after this visit.
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. The bread served was harder than a crouton and wasn’t even toasted. We had to repeat our orders several times, and on one sandwich, we specifically requested oregano, but instead, they added ranch peppercorn.
Are there rules for your teenage staff when their friends visit? They could hardly focus on making a sandwich. Too busy talking to the friends at the tables than listening to my answers about what I want on a sandwich!
I placed an online order and arrived at the restaurant when my sandwich was supposed to be ready. Unfortunately, it was not prepared, and the staff were chatting in the back. I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes for them to finish my sandwich, despite there being no other customers in the store. The only comment from the employees was a lackluster “sorry about the wait,” after which they returned to their conversation. Overall, the customer service was quite disappointing.
