We chose to dine in today, we ordered our food and got our drink, everything was great to this point, a young lady brought us our food, we bothopened up our hamburgers and took our first bites, I noticed that my meat looked pink, so I took another bite to be sure, and itwas pink, I looked at my husband's hamburger to see if his was pink as well, but his was cooked all the way through. I went tothe register were we purchased our meal and a young lady came forward, I showed her my hamburger and told her it was pink andnot cooked all the way, I told her that I compared it to my husband's hamburger that was cooked all the way done, she said wellbring me the pink hamburger then, I told her the one I had in my hand was the pink hamburger, she said that one was cooked allthe way done and if I wanted another one I would have to pay for it. I turned from the counter, throw the hamburger in thetrashcan and went back to our booth while my husband finished his meal. Now in the meantime, there was another table next toours that had 4 customers at it, that the person from the front counter was swooning over, because they complemented them on thecleanliness of the restaurant, and yes the restaurant was very clean and looked great, the staff brought each one of them amedium sized Frosty, but they refused to fix me a new hamburger. Very disappointed to say the least.

Rude staff; poorly prepared, dry food; open packets of dressing in the salad (not opened by me), and staff refusing to replace. Awful. Franchise owner should be ashamed.
