Chipotle Mexican Grill - Richfield

Taste was decent but will not do online ordering again. Paid for double meat in two bowls and only had 6 pieces of chicken in my bowl. Yes I counted because that?s how little was given to me. Please do better..

The staff here are all pretty friendly, but always a long line at lunch time. They prioritize online orders first. I've seen at other Chipotles they have a separate prep table for online orders, but not here. Line is almost always to the door, so expect to wait at least 30 minutes during a busy period. But workers do work their butts off to go as fast as they can.

This location is a joke. Ordered the quesadilla on the app (says digital special only so maybe they've just never seen one? ? . Picked it up and sadly didn't open til I got home. This is awful. $10 for this? This is not a quesadilla. This is a school burrito served 5 days after it was made with the scraps left around.

Seriously, who the heck is in charge of managing this store?? So severely understaffed that I- a paying customer- had to look for a box of forks, open it and take them out for all the other paying customers. Whoever manages this store: have some self respect and get your act together. There?s trash bags on the floor, no ice on the machine, the whole place is falling apart!

This was the worst chipotle i?ve ever had in my life. I got 4 bowls and they were all wrong not a single bowl was right. The barbacoa was extremely dry and so was the chicken. The beans were uncooked. Zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible I wouldn?t recommend getting chipotle for here ever again
