There is usually something wrong with the order and they almost always don't have the salad dressing. My last visit, though, was exceptionally terrible. I went to pick up my online order and there was a poorly handwritten sign saying they were closing at 9pm. Someone met me at the door to say they were closed. I said I had an order to pick up and was allowed in. I was completely ignored by all the the employees and there had to be at least 10 working. I asked one woman and she rolled her eyes at me before walking away. I thought she was getting someone who could help me but no one came. Finally I got someone to help me and they said my order wasn't there. He finally found it and my order wasn't even correct.

The barbacoa was extremely dry and so w... read more This was the worst chipotle i’ve ever had in my life. I got 4 bowls and they were all wrong not a single bowl was right. The barbacoa was extremely dry and so was the chicken. The beans were uncooked. Zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible I wouldn’t recommend getting chipotle for here ever again
