Description

Wingstop’s food quality varies widely by location, with some praising the fresh, flavorful lemon pepper wings and good overall taste, while others find regular wings bland. Service experiences are inconsistent; several customers report long wait times, order mix-ups, and poor staff attentiveness, including hygiene concerns. Some locations are commended for friendly, welcoming environments, even accommodating service animals, but repeated complaints about neglect and misinformation have frustrated many patrons. Despite these issues, loyal customers still appreciate certain outlets for prompt, accurate orders and positive atmospheres. Overall, Wingstop’s reputation depends heavily on the specific branch, with a clear need for improved service management in some areas.

I had to wait a long time to receive my order. When I finally got home, I discovered that my garlic parmesan wings had no sauce on them. It was quite disappointing. Additionally, there was a lot of grease on the ground.

There was one person working on my order, while four others in the back were just standing around, which likely contributed to the delay. To top it off, the cashier finished with my order, having noticed the delay, and walked out from behind the register without washing his hands to grab my bag. It’s evident that the owner doesn't care; they only sent me a $5 gift card after I reported these issues, which is laughable considering my $70 order. I should have just canceled the order when it was late. Apparently, they’re not paying attention to the reviews either, as there have been complaints for months. Corporate really needs to step in and address the problems at this location.

The regular wings lack flavor and don't have any seasoning (salt or pepper); they're simply roasted. However, the lemon pepper wings are outstanding. Overall, it's pretty good food: 4 out of 5.

Yesterday, I ordered some Wings and when I arrived, they could not find my order. The guy at the counter looked in the system and told me I ordered on Abrams Rd and I know that was a lie, because that location's number was not in my system. He asked me if I wanted to go there or wait 20 minutes for some wings, but my husband said no. When I called to speak with their business center, they apologized and said they had spelled my name wrong and that was the correct location. Then, the lady asked me if I wanted to replace the order, which meant I would have to drive all the way back there, because my wings were cold. This Wingstop has an employee who lied to a customer and I will not be going back there. I made the right decision when I stopped going their years ago, because their were problems then, like burnt chicken wings, but I thought I would give them a try and this is what happened. If I had a choice, I would not even given them one star.

Waited over a hour for a 10pc combo asked for my money back. The manager assured my order was coming. Received my order and order was wrong I was livid!
