I served delicious paella at my engagement party and it was a huge success! I ordered the live paella cook for 60 people with chicken and vegan options, served with salad and garlic bread. Everything tasted fantastic! Adan was great with communication, his team did an excellent job, and everyone enjoyed the meal without any complaints. They even packed up the leftovers for us. I highly recommend them for your next event. It is definitely worth the extra money to have a live cook, as it adds excitement compared to a typical buffet.

I was fortunate to come across an Instagram post for delicious paella catering in Dallas. I am thrilled that we chose them for our event on October 28th and they exceeded all expectations. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Adan and Yasmin were true professionals: they were punctual, knowledgeable, and reliable. They took care of everything, from hiring staff to providing all the necessary utensils, all of which were of high quality. They even arranged for guitarists, who did a great job. The tortilla and tapas were also top-notch. And the paella was the best part! It was perfectly cooked with the right amount of rice to create that delicious "scarrat" (the crispy rice on the bottom of the pan). I couldn't be happier as I had to organize the event from Florida, but communication with them was always easy and they provided helpful advice on how to serve paella effectively. If you're looking for high-quality catering, don't hesitate to work with Adan and Yasmin. They truly made our event unforgettable.

We made a reservation for a family event at Life and are already thinking about booking again. Adan was outstanding in accommodating our dietary needs and provided great suggestions. The charcuterie board was amazing and the paella was exceptional! I highly recommend them!

Adán was phenomenal. of fast response, easy bookings, customer service, presentation and an exceptionally good paella surpassed tasty paella catering my expectation. I just gave a place to work and adán made it. prefabricated lobsters and aroma of paella complement the experience of outdoor cooking, while friends gather to observe and make photos. I look forward to doing this again.
