Taco Bell - Richardson

The service was extremely disappointing. I was trying to place an order for my family when a young lady named Fatima rushed me and abruptly told her staff to give her three minutes. I didn't feel welcomed at all. Instead of being helpful, she could have suggested items or informed us about the specials. Having worked in customer service for over five years, I always made sure to treat my customers with respect. If she wasn't happy in the fast food industry, she shouldn't be working there. Her attitude was very rude, and I felt so uncomfortable that I couldn't even place my order.

The service was slow, and it felt like the staff was quite confused about everything. The food was poorly prepared; my bean burrito had little to no cheese, tiny bits of onions, and barely any red sauce. It seemed like the burrito was mostly just beans. I understand it's lunchtime, but it wasn't very crowded, and now I can see why.

I ordered the steak quesadilla meal with extra steak, and I was surprised to find that Taco Bell no longer bothers to cut the quesadilla into separate pieces. It was also drenched in chipotle sauce. While I enjoy chipotle sauce, I don't appreciate my food swimming in it. This experience was further compounded by the disappointing reality that, when visiting fast food places these days, I often encounter indifferent young staff. Unfortunately, it seems that many of them don’t care much about their work or the quality of service they provide.

I mean, it's Taco bell right! They are good what they do, cheap food, usually fast. Only to destroy this location and as long as you flame the sun through the entire window building you can be okay? . Added kiosks on order.... That's it? Food: 4/5

One thing you get w taco bell is consistency from location to location. One hidden jem IMO is thier pintos n cheese.Food: 3/5
