While raw, high-... read more On my second order for pick-up, I encountered another problem: the $4.79 salmon was only partially cooked. This is a serious food safety issue. While raw, high-grade (sushi-grade) fish is safe to eat, fully cooked fish is also safe. However, partially cooked fish falls into a temperature range that can promote bacterial growth, which can lead to foodborne illness. I shouldn’t have to point this out; everyone who handles food should have a food handler’s license. Cleanliness is important, but food safety is crucial as well. I urge you to serve safe food!
