**Dining Experience at a Noteworthy Vietnamese Restaurant** This vibrant eatery has garnered a reputation for its delectable pho, often hailed as the best in Dallas. Diners rave about the richly flavored broth, which stands strong on its own—no condiments needed. While the pho draws enthusiasts, the menu also offers a variety of rice platters, though patrons desire more chicken options. Service is generally quick and friendly, though busy times can lead to longer waits. Overall, the warmth of the staff creates a welcoming atmosphere that complements the genuine, home-cooked quality of the food. A must-visit for Vietnamese cuisine lovers!.

Probably one of the only pho places that can rival Houston pho toe to toe in my humble Vietnamese opinion. They also serve bánh mì here as well so don't be afraid to get other things! Also not as long as a line as the pho place that starts with a B and ends with a C : View all feedback.

What Stephen M dislikes about Phở Pasteur:
The lemongrass chicken tasted like something that had been microwaved, complete with a couple of sear marks that were completely misleading since it had no grilled flavor whatsoever. It was dry and rubbery, making even subpar chicken breast salad seem tender and juicy in comparison. The lemongrass chicken tasted like something that had been microwaved, complete with a couple of sear marks that were completely misleading since it had no grilled flavor whatsoever. It was dry and rubbery, making even subpar chicken breast salad seem tender and juicy in comparison. There was absolutely no hint of lemongrass, which had me worried enough to consider posting an alert about missing ingredients since I was sure I had ordered lemongrass chicken on rice. Perhaps the chef was having an off day and the lemongrass was lost along the way; I can only hope it was found in time for future orders of this disappointing dish. I simply don't understand how this restaurant has such high ratings, and I won’t be returning to find out.

Awesome But Ask for help with the Menu. I 'm just learning about Vietnamese food, and what I 'm learning is that its AWESOME. I have no other restaurants to compare this to, but I really enjoy eating here. I had a hard time with the menu, but the guy who owns the place took the time to explain everything to me (poor guy! and now I can order from it like a pro. Basically it centers around the proteins and what you want to accompany it. The food here is always fresh, and flavorful, and you can do it 'No Spicy ' or 'Lotta Spicy ' as you like it. Springrolls are handmade when you order them with peanut sauce. Man, oh man! Service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is much nicer than most strip center restaurants. And the pricing can 't be beat. Most entree 's around 6 bucks. Very family oriented.
