The service was quick and polite but sanitation isn’t oh the highest priority. One manager was in the back preparing food then came to the front to take my order then went back to the back when another worker came to the front to wipe her nose then cough without covering her mouth then she went to the back and touched my food to put it in the bag ugh. The Long John Silver's location on Belt Line in Richardson has been here for years from what I can tell and maybe even decades.
They have really cleaned this place upThey've hired quality employees that clearly appreciate their jobsThe food and service were both perfect.
I am very disappointed by some Long John's we have visited in recent years. Today I started ratings and reviews for them in a 30 miles radius of our house. I found this and we had lunch. Such a wonderful surprise! Fresh, hot fish, perfect Hush puppies and big swamps. We talked to the manager and she's so nice. We're going from N Frisco to Richardson for my Long John's Fix.
My family goes to this place once a month. Food and order is always perfect, but the real stars....Are the employees!! Always with a smile, suggestion, accuracy and really treat as if you are VIP. Rikeesha (Rickky) ABOVE AND BEYOND! Dion and John are always looking to get my order quickly and correctly. You do not see a service with care and this enthusiasm in the companies much nowadays. But this team has it! Don't forget that strawberry cheesecakes his bomb.
