The food is always stale, and the staff become agitated when you request fresh items. They also do not wear gloves while handling food. I witnessed an employee pick up chicken with her bare hands and place it in a customer's box. When she realized I was watching, she did not discard the food or remake it; instead, she continued to serve it. When I asked her to wear gloves, she became defensive, so I decided to go som... This place is a no go for me anymore. If you see the parking lot empty, that's always a sign of restaurant isn't good. Believe the parking lot! Food was very disgusting, wasted my money on it and will not be back to this location.Food: 1/5
DO NOT GO THERE nor place orders online. This place is nasty and not reliable at all.I placed an online order, and everything was wrong; it was a different order, so obviously, there were missing items. I called the store, but the line was busy; if there are any issues with your order, you better be ready to go to the location. Going there is as bad as their services. The place smells horrible!!! The soda machines are nasty. No one inside the store wore a hair net. There was this guy with a huge afro, hair all loose, handling the orders; the manager was the same. She was wearing a ponytail with hair loss—no coming back.
The food was decent, but the service and atmosphere are seriously lacking. The managers and staff were rude and inattentive to guests. I will not be returning to this location or any other KFC in the future. Food rating: 3/5.

They gave me the wrong order and then kept my change. Horrible service and the supervisor was the one that did it. Awful lady. It’s not the money it’s the fact that she was horrible. Bad service all around!!!
