I ordered twice through the app and encountered issues both times when picking up my order. The first time, I waited 15 minutes after receiving the notification that my order was ready. The second time, I received the wrong order and had to wait an extra 5 minutes for help, but the staff member hadn’t even begun to assist me. I placed an order online for curbside pickup and paid in advance. When I arrived and used the provided link, no one came to bring my order out. I called the restaurant, and the woman on the phone assured me that they would bring it out shortly, but they never did. I was trying to get back to work on time! The cashier seemed indifferent to my situation, showing a complete lack of customer service. What's the point of offering online curbside pickup if they don't actually bring the food out? This was a huge inconvenience for both my time and money. What if I had been unwell and unable to go inside?
The drive-thru at this restaurant takes an eternity. This was my second attempt, and it's probably going to be my last. I waited over 30 minutes! The first time I arrived just five minutes before they opened, so I decided to wait since I wanted to bring food back to work. However, they never attended to the drive-thru after 10-15 minutes, so I finally parked and went inside. The food is fantastic, which is why I’m giving it a two-star rating. But honestly, they do not operate well as a drive-thru business!
I called today at 2:11 PM to speak with a manager. The young lady who answered put me on hold, and I ended up waiting until I hung up. The food at this restaurant is good, but I've encountered an issue every time I've ordered two servings of the original Chicken Alfredo. The bread is always so hard that we have to throw it away. I was hoping to talk to a manager about getting fresh bread. Despite this issue, it's still a great place to eat.
This is a really good Jason's Deli! The manager (lady with blonde hair) is very welcoming and funny and has a great shtick with customers. The location is very clean and appears to be kept in top shape. My favorite is their famous salad bar, and this location's did not disappoint. Extremely fresh, bright, and flavorful selections of all the veggies and toppings. I will gladly be back and highly recommend!
Ordered on the app twice and both times I 've had issues when picking up my order. 1st time I waited 15 minutes after order ready and 2nd time was brought wrong order curbside, waited 5 minutes to have someone retrieve order but decided to walk it in and get my order which they hadn 't even started yet. Had to pay again since my online order was lost and refunded . Guessing 3rd time will be the charm. Not sure if I 'll give them a 3rd try!
