The sooner the world learns how canola and vegetable oils are produced, the sooner we can move away from those things and all start feeling better and living a healthier lifestyle. I mean, fried foods aren't particularly healthy but its 10 times worse when its fried in canola or vegetable oil. Look that sh*t up, it will make you want to vomit.
