What I ordered and what I received were two differe... read more The food is undeniably good. I usually order online, but this time I decided to order inside the restaurant. What I ordered and what I received were two different things. I called in to see if it could be rectified, and the woman who answered the phonequickly put someone else on to argue with me about the mishap. Long story short I go back in to get the correct meal. As Tum theserver handed me the food, she told me I ordered incorrectly. As a customer I felt being combative was inappropriate to say theleast. At this point the problem was solved what was the point. It was very unprofessional. I doubt I go back.

As a vegetar... read more Wonderful, accommodating staff. I have only had the opportunity t try the food at Cha Bar Thai once, but the impression the staff made was lasting. As a vegetarian I have a hard time making sure my food is prepared to meet my dietary restrictions. WhenI called in an order, they immediately recognized my concern with my dish preparation, let me know they were adjusting my dishto meet my needs before I was even able to ask, and even clarified if i was vegan or vegetarian. This type of service goes along way.

Unfortuna... read more Cha Thai offers typical Thai dishes with both meat and vegetarian options. Although it may not be listed on the menu, brown rice is available as well. Unfortunately, the dishes I ordered were overly salty—the soup and the curry both had too much salt. It's a shame because the spiciness level was really enjoyable.

Although I’ve only had the chance to try their food once, the positive impression their team left has stayed with me. As a vegetarian, I often worry about my meal being prepared correctly to meet my dietary needs. When I placed my order, the staff immediately acknowledged my concerns regarding the dish preparation, informed me that they were adjusting the menu item to suit my requirements before I even asked, and thoughtfully clarified whether I was vegan or vegetarian. This level of care truly makes a difference.
