It would be great if they mixed all the ingredients together instead of keeping them separate (except for the dressing and perhaps the peanuts). This way, it would be easier to mix everything together. A non-divided container would be a better option.
Overall, the food was decent. The Cha Gio was noticeably lacking in flavor and resembled Filipino lumpia more than the traditional Vietnamese cha gio typically served with Bún Thịt Nướng or wrapped in lettuce. In my opinion, the Bún Bò Huế wasn't spicy at all, although the broth was pleasant and the meat was tender. I didn't try the phở myself, but my coworker said it was just okay. I chose to visit this restaurant based on recommendations from my family, who enjoyed it.
We have ordered from this restaurant several times, and it has consistently been excellent. The fish sauce chicken wings are outstanding, and the pho is delicious, particularly the chicken pho. We've also tried various flavors of the spring rolls, all of which have been very tasty. I highly recommend this place!
