Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the quickest like most people. My appointment was at 8am arrived at 7:30am left at 11:15. Rest area on us 10 near by and several areas on 94 around 30min out. No overnight parking. You can probably park on the outside didn’t see no one there when I arrived not sure what time they open. Staff was friendly others did get unloaded very fast bc I saw them coming in and out. I had a load of tortillas.

WOW! Arrived at 0900 for 10:00 pickup appointment. I went to PFG check in at #24 but nice lady directed me to door 8A for Roma check-in. I immediately received door and loading began in a few minutes. Loaded and departed in less than 1 hour. This is the way it should be throughout the industry.

I came here to get loaded only find out they close at 4pm and I’m starving and need a shower I lost 17 hours because my company gave me the wrong address which mistakes happen but ugh I was ready to roll.

This is my first visit to this restaurant, and I had a positive experience. The parking lot is spacious, making it easy for trucks to access the entrance. There are designated parking stalls available for waiting, although overnight parking is not permitted. I was informed that you can arrive two hours before your scheduled appointment. There are restrooms and porta-potties available on site. I arrived at 7:00 AM for an 8:00 AM pick-up, and the check-in process went smoothly. I was assigned a loading dock and was able to load 12 pallets. The entire process, including completing the paperwork, took about 50 minutes.
